License Agreement
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of all prompts, content, and materials provided by LucyBrain (“LucyBrain,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through TopFreePrompts.com (the “Service”). By accessing or using our prompts or any generated content, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or our content.
1. Grant of License
1.1 Personal and Commercial Use
LucyBrain grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the prompts provided through the Service.
Premium and Lifetime Access subscribers may use prompts for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, including creating content for clients or internal business projects.
1.2 Modification Rights
You may modify prompts and generated content to suit your specific needs.
1.3 Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or include prompts in competing prompt libraries.
Bulk downloading, systematic extraction, or replication of our prompt collections is prohibited.
You may not use the prompts as training data for other AI services or models.
2. Ownership
All prompts, examples, templates, and associated materials remain the exclusive property of LucyBrain.
You do not acquire any ownership rights in the prompts or Service content.
Generated content is your output under the license, but usage is subject to the restrictions above.
3. Lifetime Access & Subscriptions
Lifetime Access grants perpetual use of prompts for personal and commercial purposes.
Support and product updates are included only for the first 12 months after purchase. Beyond this period, support and updates are not guaranteed.
Subscriptions provide rights for as long as your plan is active. Expired or canceled subscriptions terminate usage rights unless explicitly retained under Lifetime Access.
4. No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction, or partial usage.
Access to digital content constitutes complete delivery of purchased services.
5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All content, including prompts, images, templates, and examples, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
“LucyBrain,” “TopFreePrompts,” and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
6. Liability Disclaimer
LucyBrain does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial success of generated content.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability, legality, and commercial use of content generated from our prompts.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of prompts or generated content.
7. Termination of License
LucyBrain may terminate your license immediately if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease use of all prompts and delete any content used in violation of this Agreement.
Lifetime Access rights for previously acquired content remain valid after termination, but ongoing support or updates may be discontinued.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes arising under this Agreement are subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration rules outlined in our Terms of Service.
9. Miscellaneous
This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement regarding your use of our prompts.
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without written consent.
